Apparently during manufacturing, some of the figures were assemble and packaged with the wrong collar (cape?). This is the only reason I gave this item 4/5 stars. Not that big of a deal other than the fact that I have to go out and find one with the right collar. If you’re not sure to what I am referring, I have included pictures of the item I received (wrong collar), and the picture provided on the website. Great figure otherwise!

It appears as if I got the unmasked version but they gave it to me with the mask anyway. Unfortunately this is a common type of mistake with mcfarlane toys. Due to added cowl at the back I can??t move or pose him the way I??d prefer. That being said it is a very nice figure, but I??m gonna need another one.

Did anyone actually get this with the correct cape and right-side up ad torso?
Answer: Not here! Wrong cape, flipped torso! Returning and ordered another from Target.

Have all the quality issues been resovled as of march 18.
Answer: No unfortunately they have not been resolved in regards to the item received. I have received the item that has been poorly assembled and inaccurate to what was advertised. I submitted a request for a second item in hopes of a correction. I received the exact defective product.

Does this figure actually fit on the batcycle, like it shows in the pictures for the batcycle?
Answer: He does fit on the Bat-Cycle although he does sit a tad awkward on it. As if Mcfarlane team didn’t seat check him before manufacturing them.

I??ve been hearing about a variant with different eyes. How am I going to be sure to buy that one?
Answer: Three variants of MacFarlane Batman and all three have the off set eyes unfortunately.

Have you fixed your CQ issues yet?? Cuz I really want this figure but I??m holding off until you guys fix it
Answer: They have not unfortunately. I don’t believe Amazon as a company fully understands the manufacturer error of the items they list for sale or how to correct the issue.
