As a child who grew up in the 80s, I was traumatized by the death of a beloved character in the only good Transformers movie [the animated one]. I am, of course, talking about the cold-blooded execution of Starscream [Optimus Prime’s death was underwhelming].
Immortalized in non-Masterpiece form is Starscream’s brief stint as the Decepticon leader. The figure is the standard Voyager size with the Infamous throne [that can store thr cape, shoulder pads, and crown]. Starscream sits oddly on the throne thanks to the nose cone and it does not accommodate the cape either.
The shoulder pads have a little pink flap that can hold the blasters as the pads peg into the spot they use when Starscream isn’t dressed for success.
The jet mode is sleek and nothing new about the overall appearance; besides, you bought this to display and taunt your Galvatron.
The box arrived damaged and was sent in a cheap mailer. There is no window display. And $52.99 is a steep price only collectors will pay, and my 7 year-old has informed me this will remain on his desk.
The value isn’t great, but the nostalgia is.

I have had this happen a few times now. Someone decides the item should be in just a plastic mailing bag no padding of any kind. Now the box has crush damage and a hole. Now for most things thats fine. But lets be honest this is a collectible toy. I planned on displaying it boxed. So I am a bit frustrated with how they did this. I do want to say to Hasbro’s Credit this whole movie Studio 86 line is awesome. I wish they had made so many more characters.

I just ordered one can you not ship it in a bag please?
Answer: I returned my first one that was mangled and spoke to customer service for about half an hour to get a replacement & was promised it would come in a box… Came in the same damn bag.

Can you take his fest off?
Answer: The vest can come off of this figure.
