Gotta admit, when i look back on the G1 Brawn, he looks pretty goofy. This updated design definitely makes him look more ??brawny??. Here are some pros and cons about this particular Transformer:

Pros:
- Very appealing update to the characters original design.
- Very articulated.
- Relatively easy transformation
- Cardboard backdrop is pretty cool

Cons:
- When in car mode, there is a ??hole?? on the vehicle top. It can be covered up by the gun, but still looks unappealing.
- Personally I wish the figure was a little bigger.

This character looks awesome sitting amongst my collection. Overall, I would say this is a must have for any Transformer fans out there.
Highly recommend.

Brawn is a small figure that’s between core class and deluxe. So the company should have packed in more accessories to make up for it. But you only get a pretty big gun and that’s all. I bought all 3 new figures. Brawn, Wheeljack, and Ratchet. Given how good Studio Series and Earth rise were a couple of years ago, these new figures are a step backwards. The made in Vietnam plastic feels cheaper and loose and the figures are smaller than their predecessors while the price rose 10-20%. Still, the designs and transformation are nice, hence the 3 stars.
